I am Holly Hunt, a 3rd year studying French and Music. As you read this, I will be on my year abroad studying in Grenoble (probably hiking up a mountain or eating yet another pain au chocolat!). I was French editor last year and loved the passion and creativity of those involved with the magazine. This coming year, I hope to see even more enthusiasm for ‘la culture française’. Personally, I would love to see more media-themed articles as, recently, I have enjoyed watching quirky French films and interesting French-language TV shows. My personal recommendations include ‘Je ne suis pas un homme facile’ – a hilarious movie about reversed gender roles – and ‘Chef’s Table France’ – an engaging series following several French Michelin-starred chefs. I look forward to being French editor for another year – this time from L’Hexagone itself!
